Q. Why do I need this program? I can copy my DVDs to my iPod just fine.

A. That may be so, but can your iPod play them? The answer is no. Your iPod uses a format called MPEG-4 or MP4, which is different from the format your DVD is in. In order to watch it on your iPod, you need to convert the DVD into the MPEG-4 format so that the software that runs your iPod can understand the video and properly display it for you.

Q. What’s the average number of DVDs can I get on my iPod?

A. This will depend on how big the hard drive on your iPod is. Most iPods come with a 30, 60, or 80GB drive. Plus, the MP4 format is the best file type to use as it is the clearest while also being the most compressed, allowing you to get more files on your unit.

Q. Is there a difference between the trial version and the full version of your software?

A. Yes. You will notice that there are some options that are not available on the trial version. When you purchase the license and unlock the software, all of the bells and whistles in the software will be made available for your use.

Q. How can I may for my new software?

We accept international money orders, personal check from the United States and United Kingdom, pro-forma invoice by check or wire, PayPal and all major credit cards. Our website is security protected with the most current server encryption software so you can rest assured that your personal information is safe with us.

Q. Do I have to purchase the program and download it or do you other versions available?

A. We have a CD-Rom version also available that you can order and we will mail to your home. This is a great option if you are still using dial-up for your Internet service and downloading the file is not feasible for you.
